Project Management
As site project manager, (reporting to the SVP, Director, Hearst Magazine Group at iVillage) I determined business requirements, created wireframes, specs and mockups, created development and design schedules and coordinated client presentations, in addition to tracking and evaluating metrics and site performance to inform business goals. At iVillage, I managed the redesign of Hearst magazine sites Seventeen.com, Countryliving.com and Bazaar.com from inception through redesign and relaunch. I also have extensive experience working with clients.
